Data Subject Request "DSR"
In order to help us with your request, please answer the following questions. If you are not sure about an answer, indicate that you are not sure. If the answer does not apply to you please make sure to put “N/A” for not applicable.
Privacy compliance is very important to Belkin. Your DSR will be handled in accordance with the privacy law in your country of residence. For example, if you are located in the European Union, your request will be handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, or GDPR, and if you are located in California, your request will be handled in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act, or CCPA.
Upon receipt of your DSR, we will send an email to verify your request. If you do not respond to this email in 7 days, we will assume you do not wish to proceed and will cancel your request.
After you have verified your request, we will notify you again when we have completed your request. This can take several weeks. Belkin will keep a record of your DSR.
